Careers
We are not currently advertising open positions. As Custom Closets Houston grows, the kinds of roles we may add could include design, installation, project coordination, and design support. Anyone interested in future opportunities may reach out at [email protected].
What We Look For
- Care about the work. We want people who take pride in doing custom closets properly, not just quickly.
- Straight talk with customers. You will be in someone's home or business explaining what you found. Plain language beats jargon.
- Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.
- Respect for the property. Protecting the space, cleaning up, and leaving it better than you found it.
- Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.
Experience in custom closets or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.

How to Apply
Email [email protected] with "Careers" and the role in the subject line. Include:
- A short note about the kind of work you have done
- Your resume, or simply a list of previous jobs and dates
- The area you can reliably get to
- A phone number and the best time to reach you
We read every application. If there is a fit, expect a short phone conversation first, then a meeting and a ride-along on a job so you can see the work before you commit to it.
